Work With Us
I believe every woman deserves to be treated as a whole person, not a list of symptoms to match to a diagnosis. Healing happens when we slow down enough to understand what your mind and body are actually telling you, then build a plan around that, together.
Conditions I Treat:
I work with women, primarily in their 20s through 40s, who are ready to understand themselves and feel more like who they know they can be. My focus areas include:
ADHD. I have a personal understanding of what it is like to struggle for years without knowing why, and I especially love working with women who were missed or diagnosed later in life.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Anxiety can be approached in more ways than medication alone, and I like combining education, lifestyle changes, and integrative strategies alongside treatment.
PMDD. Many women do not realize what they are experiencing has a name or is treatable. I help patients connect their symptoms to their cycle and build a plan that addresses both.
Treatment Modalities
-
I want medication to be one tool in your treatment, not the entire plan. For women with ADHD, anxiety, or PMDD, the right medication can sometimes provide enough relief that you finally have the mental space to work on everything else. You will always understand why we are choosing a medication, what we hope it will help with, and how we will know it is working.
-
I look beyond symptoms to ask what else may be contributing to how you feel. Depending on the patient, this can include sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, or nutritional deficiencies. When appropriate, we will talk through evidence-informed supplements alongside your medication plan. Treatment does not have to be medication versus natural approaches. It can be both, built around you.
-
Anxiety can make it feel like your body is working against you. I practice simple breathing and grounding techniques with patients during sessions, not just talk about them, so you leave with something practical you can actually use when you feel overwhelmed or emotionally activated.
-
Music has always been meaningful to me, and I like to incorporate it in a way that feels personal to each patient, whether that means building playlists for different moods or using songs to help identify and process emotions that are hard to put into words.
Appointment Types
Initial Evaluation
A comprehensive first appointment where we go beyond your symptoms to look at your current struggles, history, lifestyle, and goals. You will leave with an individualized treatment plan built around the whole picture, not just a diagnosis.
50-Minute Follow-Up
For psychotherapy and/or medication management. We will review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and go deeper into the integrative and lifestyle pieces that support your care.
25-Minute Follow-Up
A focused medication management check-in to assess symptoms, review your response to treatment, and make adjustments when needed.
What to expect working with me
Getting started with a new provider can feel like a lot, so here is what care looks like with me.
Time to actually listen
I keep my practice small on purpose, so your appointments won't feel rushed. I take the time to understand what's really going on in your life, not just check boxes on a symptom list. You will always know why I'm recommending something, and you should feel comfortable pushing back if it doesn't feel right.
Care that fits your life
Appointments happen virtually, from home, work, or wherever fits your day, with no added commute. Scheduling is online, paperwork is electronic, and secure messaging means you're not left wondering what to do if something comes up between visits.
A real partnership
We will build your plan together, and adjust it together as we learn what actually helps. My goal is to pair the convenience of modern telehealth with the personal attention you'd expect from a much smaller practice.
I bring clinical expertise, but you are the expert on your own life and what has and hasn't worked for you.
Where You Started Doesn't Have to Determine Where You End Up
"If something truly matters to you, you can find a way forward. It may take time, setbacks, and a different path than you expected, but you don't have to let where you started determine where you end up."
You’ve held so much in for so long. Healing means you don’t have to do it alone anymore.
