Serene Mental Health & Wellness

Now Accepting Patients in Oregon and Florida

An integrative psychiatric practice for women navigating ADHD, anxiety, and PMDD, blending thoughtful medication management with a whole-person approach to sleep, nutrition, and daily life.

Women are often overlooked and minimized. And many have spent years believing they just need to work harder or try another random new tool to help them feel capable, clear, and like themselves again. This is finally a place where medical expertise blends with a holistic, real-life, women-centric approach to mental health and well-being.

I believe healing begins when…

women stop blaming themselves for struggling and start understanding what their mind and body are trying to tell them.

Everyone is unique, and you deserve to have a solution that is informed by all of you.

The answer isn’t just to try harder, nor is it to simply continue just because you have always been high-functioning.

That is why my practice, Serene, exists: to provide holistic care for women just like you (and me)!

Hi, I’m Tina Leasure, PMHMP.

A woman with long wavy hair and a nose ring sitting on a beige sofa, holding a mug, smiling at the camera, with a background of bookshelves, plants, and warm lighting.

I'm an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes that struggling does not mean you are broken, it means something in your mind, body, or life needs to be understood rather than pushed through.

I came to this work through my own story. Growing up, I struggled with focus, organization, and follow-through in ways I now recognize as ADHD, though no one named it at the time. I was told again and again that I just needed to work harder. I carried that into adulthood, and it eventually contributed to failing out of nursing school and moving back home. That setback became the turning point that pushed me to understand myself, not just push through.

I went on to build a career as a CRNA before training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and today I bring both that clinical depth and my own lived experience into how I care for the women I work with, many of whom are quietly carrying the same exhaustion I once did.

About Me

Do you…

  • look successful and put together on the outside, while feeling exhausted, scattered, or like you're barely holding it together underneath?

  • lie awake running through everything you forgot, dropped, or didn't finish today, even though you know you're capable of more?

  • notice your mood, focus, or patience shift dramatically at certain points in your cycle, and wonder if that's actually connected to something?

If this sounds like you, you are not lazy, and you are not failing, and you don’t have to give up on your goals and dreams.

You also don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through life.

Something is getting in the way, and it can be understood and addressed. There are solutions that work WITH your brain and body instead of against them.

I help women who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, and/or PMDD, figure out what’s going on inside their brain and body, and build a plan with these holistic solutions so that they can stop having their symptoms get in the way of the life they’re building.

I Specialize In:

  • ADHD, especially inattentive ADHD in women who were missed or diagnosed later in life

  • Anxiety, approached through more than medication alone

  • PMDD, including how it overlaps with ADHD and shows up across the month

“Where you started was never the plan. What you build from here is.”

How I Help

Integrative psychiatry involves helping the whole person, not just a diagnosis label. That means, in order to understand you and build a plan unique to you, I consider and look at your personal history, the context of your life, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle habits and more. Medication can be helpful as well, but I believe it is but one of the tools available to support our mental health and wellbeing.

My treatment approach includes a mix of the following:

  • Medication Management

  • Nutraceuticals

  • Sleep

  • Nutrition

  • Lifestyle Factors

Additionally, I often incorporate a few other powerful modalities:

  • Breathwork and Grounding Techniques — Practical tools you actually practice in session, so you have something real to reach for the next time you feel overwhelmed.

  • Music as a Therapeutic Tool — A personal, natural way to access and process emotions that are hard to put into words.

I know you are already someone who has tried various things, yet you still feel frustrated and confused why things still feel so hard.

And that’s precisely why we will make the perfect team to finally find a solution that works for you. You bring openness and motivation, and I will bring the combination of my medical expertise and integrative approach. And together, we will craft a plan that works for you uniquely.
