Psychiatric Evaluation

Comprehensive 60-minute initial diagnostic assessment and treatment planning.
Follow-up & Medication Management
$175
Ongoing 30-minute sessions focused on medication efficacy and supportive guidance.
Extended Follow-Up Appointment
$275
Extended Follow-Up (45–60 Minutes) Starting at $275. These longer appointments are available when additional time is needed for more complex concerns, medication adjustments, psychotherapy integration, or comprehensive treatment planning. Sliding Scale A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for self-pay patients experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier to receiving care, please contact our office to discuss whether a sliding-scale appointment may be available.
Insurance
Serene Mental Health & Wellness PLLC accepts select insurance plans through our credentialing partner, Headway. If you have an insurance plan with which we are currently in-network, you may schedule your appointment through our Headway profile. If we are not currently credentialed with your insurance plan, please do not schedule through Headway. Instead, you are welcome to schedule as a self-pay patient through our private practice scheduling system. If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please verify your eligibility through Headway or contact our office before scheduling. Insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance vary by plan. Please verify your mental health benefits with your insurance carrier prior to your appointment.
Self-Pay Patients
We aim to provide accessible care for all our patients. If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, please inquire directly with our office for current rates and available options. Our team is here to provide clarity and support in finding the best path forward for your mental wellness.
Payment
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will incur the following fees:
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $200
30-Minute Follow-Up: $100
Extended Follow-Up: $150
These fees are the patient's responsibility and are not billable to insurance.
